Enough to know it makes tons of money and they really like hanging out. Good times + big money = no brainer ... so what if it's been done?

William said on stage in Denver that they were going on a headlining tour this fall. Fall Out Boy said they'd be back to Denver in the fall also. Gym Class Heroes? Not bad...I loved the bands they picked for this tour.

I remember gym class heroes, the academy is and midtown opening for fall out boy a few years back at a local club that hold a few hundred which was drastically undersold. That night I met pete, will and travis. Ah those were the good ole days. It's good to see all these deserving bands getting what they are. That and seeing them for the 6th time last night I'm proud to say that fall out boy themselves have improved their live show by leaps and bounds so kudos to them for that

paul wall's set = worst set of my life.

i'm just glad that he said they'd be back in the fall in my shitty-ass town.
it'd be nice not to have to drive 3+ hours to chicago or des moines or milwaukee for a show more than once.

You can't complain... GCH will now be able to play "Cupid's Chokehold" and "Clothes Off!" the way they were meant to be live.

not necessarily. I saw FOB and Gym Class together in December and Patrick only came out for "Cupid's Chokehold" and didn't even come out until the very end of it.

Damm seeing these two together is getting old but that is so dam smart business wise. They're going to be banking in on madd cash when they tour together. Gym Class Heroes has gotten HUGE since the last time they toured together.

i've done that. it sucks having to drive hours and hours to see them but it's worth it. but they only came to my town when they weren't as known...they just skip over my state now. : (

why doesnt fbr/dcydnc just do a showcase tour? itd be easier. start it at one pm and have every band play a 40 minute set (if they could handle it, seems to be difficult these days). then have two headliners play 1.25 hour sets.

Give Paul Wall some credit. He may not be your favorite artist and rapping may not be your favorite type of music, but I'll bet that most of the kids that go to see the Honda Civic tour give him a bunch of shit just because he's doing something different and no one is open-minded enough to give him a chance. Even if he performs a terrible set, people should at least give him a listen before they decide they hate him. And are you really that surprised that Fall Out Boy tours with Fueled By Ramen and Decaydance bands? No. But why should you be pissed about it? They're making good music and if you don't want to see them touring together then don't go to the show; no one's making you. Stop criticizing people for taking a chance making music that they love; you're also putting down the kids that are listening to it. Oh and by the way, Fall Out Boy tours with their labelmates cuz that's the music business, baby. Get used to it.

I heard the tour was FOB, Gym Class, Plain White T's and The Cab.. but you know they will probably throw a 5th band on there because they like making their fans stand around. Hopefully, the fall tour is better attended than this summer one and hopefully they lower the ticket price. Because I am not paying $38 to see a pop punk show again. I would rather stay local and go to the clubs for $10-$15 dollar shows. It will probably be a bunch of people standing around waiting for CupidsChokehold song to come on then they will leave after they hear it.

haha.

first of all, I have listened to Paul Wall before. therefore I've given him a chance. and no, not one song that he's had on the radio. I've listened to an entire cd and I can't stand his rapping or his music. who are you to call me close-minded because I don't like him?

secondly, I'm pissed that they're touring together? since when? I only made a statement pointing out how obvious this tour package is...along with everyone else. I don't have a problem with either band nor have I ever. I enjoy them both. record labels package their own bands together from time to time. I'm not saying that's anything new to me. but FBR goes overboard and does it entirely too much. sometimes I feel as if they're just shoving their bands down people's throats. it's pretty rare to see a show where there is only one FBR/Decaydance band.
I don't know how you became so "in tune" with what I think based on 2 lines, but good for you!
