Who?
It could take pages to describe the enigma that is Ligion. Also the lead singer’s name, Ligion is an alternative rock band that idolizes Nickelback and worships Saliva. Well, that wasn’t so hard.
How Is It?
Calling External Affairs dreadful feels harsh, but with each spin, I find something new to dislike. The strings on cock(y) ballad “Pins And Needles” and the falsetto backing vocals on “(Hey Hey) I Don’t Care” point to one grim fact: Ligion does not have a single creative strategy in its playbook. Rather than searching for more reasons as to why this is no good, I’ll just let the chorus from “Lost My Car” do it the talking.

Heh. Yeah.
