Hey i was wondering if anyone could suggest some songs that sound kind of like the Brand New song, " Am I Wrong". i really really like the way it sounds, you know with the lite guitar, the lite drums, the lite singing. something like that. Anyone?

yeah i guess your kinda right, i have that album allready. but i think what gets me with that song is the piano. and the way he says, " i wish no one in you pla-ace"

ya, you could always check out bands like death cab for cutie. i dont know much about that music, but im sure someone else does. They are slow tho.

"ill catch you"-the get up kids is a good slow song with the piano

and "hurt" -johnny cash (not he one by nine inch nails)

thats all i can think of right now....

as for death cab "photobooth" is a pretty good song.

that song kind of reminds me of JEW's clarity album, most of the songs on it are pretty mellow, ben folds is a good singer that plays piano, whoever said straylight run, that's really good too, some bright eyes songs might be kind of what you're looking for, umm.... i can't really think of anymore, oh, maybe american football?

Glycerine by Bush is a very light song, altho i cant compare it to the example u had cuz ive never heard that song, but this is a good song, even if u dont like Bush its still a good song

i dont no. i had always loved the version by NIN and then about a month ago my friend showed me the version by cash and i havent ever really listened to him before that.
