Yea... But More important bands like Alkaline Trio and the Smoking Popes have come from there.. I wanna say Rise Against too.. But Chi-Town doesnt compare to the Tri-State area

Alkaline Trio, the Lawrence Arms, Slapstick, Smoking Popes, Rise Against, the Broadways, the Tossers, Plain White T's, Duvall, Naked Raygun, etc...

not to mention the blues that once came out of Chicago...
Buddy Guy, Freddie King, Muddy Waters, Robert Johnson, Elmore James,
and many other great players.

so yes, Fall Out Boy are really good, but definatley not Chi-town's best export.
