One of my all time favourite shows. I don't think I ever saw a bad episode and I am so glad that it had to end. Unlike most shows, I thought ever single character was funny in a different way.
Hal is one of my top 5 TV characters of all time

There was no demand, and Season 1 didn't sell well.
Fucking Fox.
I love the episode when Dewey pretends to send Reese to China when really he's just sitting in a box in their garage. So funny.

That's no excuse for me. Fox should be the first to know how well DVD sales can extend a TV show's life and fanbase after Family Guy. I mean this show lived for a long time, so I find it hard to believe no one wanted the DVDs.
Season 1 was released?

And if you look on Amazon, they have a listing for Season 2 but it says "No release date yet" (http://www.amazon.com/Malcolm-Middle-Complete-Second-Season/dp/B000PGVGX4/ref=pd_bbs_2/102-6279265-9462545?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1180287721&sr=8-2)

I love that one, I laughed so hard watching that.
Ahhh OK. I checked Amazon.co.uk and is says it was only released in Region 1.
I might have to download these and make my own DVD-Rs then.
Great show or Greatest show?
Anyways, I could have sworn I saw more than one season the other day at Circuit City. I saw more than one box for the show? Unless I'm just crazy.

I was watching this the other night. It was the one where they inherit their neighbors old labtop and they find out he's sleeping with all the other women in the neighborhood.

I started watching this when it came on nick at nite...I seriously never watched it during its original run. I cant remember if I wasnt allowed to watch it or if I just didnt have an interest in it, but I watch it now.
I'm not going to lie, I got in to it because Francis was hot...and because it took me all of the first episode to realize who his brother was.

Nah, Walter White's better.
yeah, hal is one of the funniest/best characters on any tv show. his timing and facial expressions are perfect. kind of reminds me of michael bluth for some reason. probably his timing.

Logger Pete: Calm down. I've been around bears for forty years and there's nothing to worry about.
Francis: Really?
Logger Pete: Yep. All we gotta do is stay really quiet. Pretty soon he'll get bored and fly away. Unless he's protecting his eggs...
Hal: We had a deal, Lois! You are in charge of the spiritual and emotional development, discipline and scary injuries. I kill spiders, mark their heights on the door frames, and supply car snacks. You walk out now, and the whole system falls apart!
I love this show so much. I'm glad there are a couple of channels that show re-runs all the time.

Oh, yeah. Because it's fucking FOX.

Took the words right out of my mouth.
Excellent show, one of the most consistent sitcoms ever. I love the whole thing with Dewey letting his hamster free in a ball filled with cereal and then having it roll by in various later episodes, killed me every time. This show also seriously reminded me of my family; dysfunctional but awesome at the end of the day.

I wish they would've made a movie out of this show. I guess the two part episodes kind of count.
