Heeelloo, I was just wondering if anyone besides me has ever expirienced having a flashing light in one (or both) of their eyes. A small, circular, whitish light flashes in my left eye a couple times a day; it comes randomly. It started after I started going to the gym again, but it has happened before. I know, I should see a doctor, but I just wanted to know if anyone else has ever had anything like this before.

you should get that checked out. i've never had that but i read in a book once [fiction] and some kid had like cancer of the eye.

i found out i needed glasses after things were getting blurry. no flashes though.

haha yeahh, I have glasses, but they are very mild and I don't usually wear them. I think the flashes have stopped though, hurrah ! :)

do you get a headache afterward? because before i get a migraine, i have a little flashing white eye in the corner of my eye, followed by the actual headache.

Yeah go get checked by your eye doctor. I think I had something simular when I was young. I still see it , but not as much. It sounds just like you described it. I got checked and he put me on medication , it helped. And he told me I shouldn't be forcing because it could make it worse , So that's proboly why you see it after going to the gym.

hahahaha, holy fuck this happened to me once a few weeks ago.

I was outside at night with my dog waiting for him to pee, and I kept seeing blue flashes. I thought I was seeing a UFO or something (except I don't necessarily believe in that...) and I got really creeped out.

It hasn't happened since though.
