Ooh, I didn't know about Michio Kurihara...anyway, I've ordered Nadja/Fear Falls Burning, and got Aussitot Mort (just the CD version of the 12") a couple of weeks ago. I'll hunt around online for Michio, and I might pick up Circa Survive if and when I see it

Edit: ehh, Michio's album is just a US re-release of his solo debut...weak

I had no idea there was a Counterfit CD/DVD coming out. If the DVD has them performing From Finish To Starting Line then it is more than worth it.

i bought circa survive at my work (circuit city) yes it is only $8.99 and it comes with a free ringtone. i have been waiting for this album for a long time and it was well worth the wait. circa survive reminds me that music is still a form of art. and they are very good at what they do

This is by far the best album that is out today. Everyone should check this album out because it is just pure greatness. It sounds like Hot Water Music meets Against Me! You will not be disappointed.

Next week will still be better though. Tiger Army, Strung Out, The Aggrolites, and The Swellers = Best release day lineup in a long time.

First time I ever checked out the Cary Brothers and I have to say, once again, Tate delivers a great album.

Checked out a bunch of other bands on this list, one that struck me as "not that bad" was I Am The Ocean. Check them out if you get the chance.

I bought the new Circa Survive and boy am I sorry I did. It is without a doubt the biggest let down of the year. Their is practially no energy in the cd and their fucking drummer plays the same boring repetative beat on almost every song. I really though that, after Juturna, these guys were the future of Prog-rock. That's a big negative on that one.
