So, I am not sure if anyone here has heard of this band before, they are from the late 90's, they sing, "My Own Worst Enemy" and I happen to like them a lot. However, they are pretty unknow, has anyone else heard of them before, and if so, what do you think?

i saw them at Woodstock 99 and at Jones Beach. I was so into A Place in the Sun it was scary.

well, now it does actually feel very good and werid at the same time to know that people have actually heard of them. but yeah, A Place in the Sun is a very good album

in retrospect its kina weak, but given the time i got into it, i listened to it constantly. it was one of the only albums i listened to in 99. but that was before i got into a lot of the music i like now.

but if you take into account listening value and the like, its prolly one of my favorite albums.

the follow up to Place in the sun wasnt so bad either, very fun. but nothing all that great.

Lit are not unknown. They just aren't known to the younger kids today, but if you were around in the late 90s then you definitely know Lit. Even if you can't stand them.

no. i just heard one of their older songs on this radio show called "Anarchy Supper" (hosted by the great Kevin Seconds) and was like.... "what?!!?!"

lit! they actually played at my school last month with nfg and method man. they put on a good show, it was really fun brought me back to like 8th grade haha.

ajay (the singer) is funny as hell. and at one point he's like "uhm we're having a free teeth whitening session at our hotel after the show for any girls interested." and i don't know if people didn't think it was funny or if they were too dense to get it, but no one really laughed. (and taking into account the school i go to, i'm gonna go with the latter.)

then i heard he stayed the night in some girl's dorm, haha.

LIT huh? they live near me. they can be seen roaming the city and at the lead singers bar that is right down the street.

wow i didn't think they were still around

i didn't either until i heard they were playing at that particular show. they may not be the greatest band around but i'm glad to see they are still making music because their stuff is super fun to listen to.
