i cant get more than two blocks form my house becuase the whole city is flooded. this makes for one very bored nicole.

it only rains like 2 inches here all year... and we just got that in two hours.

place that never gest rain + lots of rain = very vey bad

youd think the cities in that area would realize that maybe they should design their roads the handle rain. sure they only get 2 inches a year, but then you wouldnt have massive flooding if you get a trivial amount of rain.

well there was some big flood in 99 and after that they redesigned their flood containment system. but this was even worse than that, there wasnt anything that could be done.
