You would be correct. Were they actually into it while playing 70x7?

they were into it during 70x7

I'm jealous. I got the sound guy's set list, so no writing about the guitars.

Whoawhoisthis - you forgot to put Welcome to Bangkok, and the chorus of Guerilla Radio after the banging.

I'd like to add, that I thought the crowd was really good and much better than the other show's I've read about. That being said, I was sitting in the balcony, but from my view it looked like a much better crowd.

of course, NOW they play 70x7. They go the entire second half of the MO/KD tour with nothing but No Seatbelt or The Shower Scene, and NOW they decide to play it.

Of course, it's Brand New we're talking about here. They can pretty much play whatever they want.

I disagree. The No Seatbelt Song > 70x7 overall though.

They've played it at every show I've seen them play (all of which were on Long Island or in New York City). Sorry, but like real estate, it's all about location.

Throwing it out there:

Every other song on YFW > No Seatbelt Song

I really think that song is overrated, not that it isn't a good song or anything, but I'd pretty much rather hear any other song on that record instead :-\

Took the words from my mouth.
Also, does anyone else think "Nobody Moves" is a bit of a weak title for demo 5?

It's not the title... definitely just a working thing.

The Shower Scene > Seventy Times 7

The Shower Scene > Most of YFW.

I am honestly sick of Seventy Times 7. Maybe it's because everyone's always dying to hear it when Brand New has such better songs.

although there is tons of new material, amazing as it is, sometimes its fun to hear some pop punk and dance around.

dont get me wrong, i love the new stuff, but some oldies are def goodies.

I really liked Gramercy Theatre. I'd see another concert there in a flash. It was very easy to get to from Penn Station.
There's a floor in front of the stage that probably 80-90% of the crowd stayed on and then behind the floor there was seating. I sat in the second row right in the middle in between the Sound booth and the Light booth. I had a great view other than the kid in front of me who would randomly decide to stand up. After three or four songs, he left to go to the floor. I was with two girls and they really didn't want to be in the crush of the crowd. I've been right up front for Brand New and it's amazing, but I had a better time sitting because I had a great view and I enjoyed the show more.
I'm sure if I was 15 or 16 I'd still want to be right up front, but I'm too old for that shit now.

They opened with 70 x7 and the crowd went crazy.

Ok. I've heard a lot of people from other places say that they've seen Brand New multiple times and have never seen them play it live.
