I know that most of the regular TV series are over with and on break until the fall, but I know there are a few TV series that start in the summer. One that I watch is The 4400 on USA.

So what summer TV series are you guys into? I think the overall concept of having a handful of TV series starting during the summer is nice because who honestly wants to watch reruns all summer?

I saw the preview for Travler a couple weeks ago and it looked pretty awesome. I'm not much of a tv guy so I don't really know what else is coming up.

while i was in new york, there was an ad on a bus for this new HBO series called "john from Cincinnati," from the producers of deadwood. i love HBO series, and it starts june 10th. i'm going to give it a chance - with no 24, Lost, Sopranos or VMars, i need a new show badly.

i agree john from Cincinnati looks like it could be good.

i thought the traveler pilot sucked, though.

I'll be watching It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, Rescue Me and Traveler. I really liked the first few seasons of The 4400, but I missed almost every episode last year. If I can find it online and catch up I'll probably watch that too.

Its Always Sunny doesn't come back 'til September.

I've got to admit, Big Brother used to be decent but the last couple of seasons have been lackluster. Wish I had HBO.

resuce me gets me through the summer.

i may give traveler about two more episodes to see if it grabs me. the pilot was interesting, but not sure if it's something that'll keep me interested all summer.

rescue me's enough for me though. as long as this season is better than season three.

The 4400 is my summer viewing. Ghost Hunters is on this summer as well, but it's normally on during the regular tv season.
