its good. i thought they were heading in a different direction though, and i liked that direction, seems like they veered off suddenly from the kinda reggae/trippy sound and going more poppy like their old stuff. still good, just honestly a little dissapointed they're not going in a different direction..

Holy crap the excitement is overwhelming me. I'm really digging the drum beat, and Keith's melody is solid as always. It is poppy-ish, but in a more original way than their older stuff. I'm satisfied so far

you all should not judge the entire new stuff on one song if you checked out "sorry I told you all my problems" another new song it was very slow, melodic this shows a diversity that makes me excited to think there are 6 more songs I have not heard. can't wait Days Away are that special band that makes pop music but are such good musicians that it gives it a uniqueness not found in other commercial stuff but you have to admit it;s really accessable and with them I don't mind.

true, i heard them play a new song a few months ago and it sounded very much on the phycadellic side, unless they just decided to scrap that and go in another direction...but mapping had a mix of that and some poppy stuff, so maybe this new album will be the same way.
