I swear The Cure did something for this. In fact, I know they did because I have the track on my computer that I purchased from the Amnesty International website. Also, how can you not mention Flaming Lips?

That said, there's a lot of shit bands covering Lennon on this album, but it's for a good cause so why not. I hope one of the ten bonus songs is The Cure song. The Postal Service song is great too. But, yeah, these were all available for separate purchase at one point.

I received a DVD with the music video for Jack's Mannequin's rendition of "God" (with Mick Fleetwood on drums.) The video (and song) are unfuckingbelievable.

As for the album, let's just say I've had it for a week now and it hasn't left my car's cd player.
