i just watched this special on showtime... or maybe HBO, i don't remember, and it kinda pissed me off. it's title was "skinheads USA" but focused only on boneheads (or neo-nazis) and klansmen of georgia (i think) and there was no mention of SHARPs (skin heads against racial prejiduce) at all. seeing as how the skinhead movement was started by sharps, that got me kinda angry. skinheads used to just be communists, there's nothing wrong with agreeing with the idea of communism; it sounds great in theory, and doesn't preach racial genocide. but still sharps get lumped together with boneheads, even though they're complete opposites, i guess instead of informing the public on the true ideals of skinheads, it's easier to portray the entire subculture in a negative light as to promote capitalism. anyway, to avoid another uber-rant, i'll just stop here and say apart from the whole thing with communism vs fascism, it was a pretty good documentary, i'd recomend anyone here interrested in politics watch it.
