Alkaline_3rio, you must be pretty young. i hear a lot of people say that and it would make sense if nirvana wasnt that popular but then he died and then they got huge, but that just isnt the case. people dont realize how big nirvana was. they were FUCKING HUGE. my favourite song would have to be sliver or their cover of, the man that sold the world.

funny story. my friend, after hearing this song, actually made some pennyroyal tea. he got really sick - worst food poisoning he ever had. he was sickf ro a few days, and said the whole time he felt like he was going to die.

suicide. such a permanent solution to temporary problems. but yes, as others have said 3rio, nirvana was huge on their own. the publicity of kurt's death did, however, carry their fame even further.

one of the main reasons that lead the kurt's suicide was his hatred for the immense popularity nirvana had gotten in those short six years they were a band
