If Alex from ATL is an awesome vocalist, then i guess they got good guest vocals.

I'm guessing this is another Paul Leavitt masterpiece? Should be good stuff. It's our turn starting Monday :D

Another EP? Why not just take a little more time and write a full length?

that was fast
I like everything I've heard, but after seeing them live in NYC, this band is a complete mess.

Not a full length yet? I really liked their last EP, as I saw them in the recs the other day and got that EP.

Stop your whining about not being a full length. It makes perfect sense. An EP takes less time to record which means it's gonna be available at all music stores, unliked their last EP which wasnt available in places like FYE, Best Buy, etc.
which means more fans, which means more people at shows.

actually, you don't make sense. why not take the extra 2 weeks to record a full length's worth of material, or better yet; if their last ep was as good as you people hype it up to be (I honestly didn't like it much; way too repetitive), tack on 6-7 more tracks and remaster it as a full length....a very simple concept. wish hopeless would get on it with this one.
your argument makes no sense.

okk. for the people saying it's dumb they didn't record a full length and are doing another EP, it makes perfect sense. the last EP was released independently, now they're on hopeless. it's a smart move to put out a quick release after you sign to a label. it gives the fans something to respond to and gets their name out a little quicker. they have plenty of time to do a full length.
ps-annd not to mention that it's getting old hearing about all time low any time these guys are mentioned. ALL bands will try and help their friends out when possible. amber pacific helped get all time low on hopeless. so why couldn't all time low help out the dangerous summer. if you were in a band and your friends were in a semi-well known band and on a decent label, it would be pretty sweet if they'd help your band out now wouldn't it?!

Uhh... no one was really complaining here about All Time Low, you realize that, right? They were just talking about Alex's guest vocals?

i know no one was really complaining about that on this thread. i'm just saying in general. whenever these guys are mentioned, someone always brings up ATL in the process. it's just getting repetitive. so i just wanted to throw that out there. that is all. hence the reason why i put that statement in a "ps", it was to separate my reply dealing with this thread about them finishing their EP from the statement i made about All Time Low.

you are a fucking idiot.
if the label wanted to release another e.p. immedietly after signing to hopeless, why the fuck don't they RE-RELEASE the ep that has developed all of this hype, then save the new songs to release on a full length that can come out sooner, because the band will quite simply have more songs ready. No, you say? because people want to hear new songs. okay; in that case they should do exactly what i said a minute ago, add these new 5 songs (if they even are new) to the other 5 they have recorded for the last ep and have their first label debut be a full album. from a financial standpoint the label folks at hopeless would make alot more money and still have (to most) 10 new songs from this band. Believe it or not i dont think this band has sold a TON of records thus far, because of this a rerelease at this point would make a hell of alot of sense.
thanks for your brilliant insight emilio, you really made a good argument.
dumbass.
p.s. i wasn't a huge fan of the first ep either way, it sounded monotonous from beginning to end and I can't understand why this band is getting the hype that they are.

they wouldnt mak alot more money if people havent heard about them. Do you really think just because they have been talked about a lot on this site or on Daily Chorus that everyones gonna buy this? No, it's too risky so thats why theyre doing an EP. Testing out new fans while giving the old fans something new. Of course they havent sold a TON of records, theyre not distributed to stores idiot.
