hey. I got this new webcam...it's an IBM PC cam and I also have a Logitech Quickcam...neither work. the problem is after I install the programs...the camera's don't work. I tried them individually and everything, no luck. I noticed in the system properties that after trying to get them to work there were problems with the "USB Optical storage device" and "USB to ATAPI adapter" under Hard Disk Controllers. Why is this happening? I think my USB port is fucked up, not the cameras. Please give any and all help...thank you.
