Alright..what the fuck...why is blink 182 touring with Taking Back Sunday...this is horrible...blink was never emo until now...whatever...if anyone knows any specifics about the tour...I'd like to know...I think blink has sold out now...they didn't sell out when they went on MTV or with all the small things...they're gonna be sold out with their new self titled album comin out...sucks ass.

"Action" doesn't sound 'emo' to me. If that's how the rest of their album is going to sound then wtf are you talking about? And why not TBS? I like TBS and Blink. I think it'll be a good tour. So you're saying that the new album is just for money and not for the music? Maybe they've changed since their last album.

dude...what? that's not why I think they sold out...I think they sold out cause they're doing what everyone else wants...which is music they can listen to while they cry about nothing...and yes..I'm a sell out, that makes a lot of sense...cause like all the hardcore rock guys around...I changed to emo cause it was the kool thing to do.

"Action" sounds emo to me...I see emo as losing love and not being able to move on...that's kinda what "Action" is...but regardless..."Action" sounds nothing like what blink used to do...which I think is true blink...not this emo crap.

Quit being an idiot and stop calling it emo. It's on fucking Madden 2004, why would it be 'emo' (your definition of emo) you idiot. If the guys at Madden wanted 'emo' then wouldn't they just wanted Dashboard. Action is a song that a lot of people I know like to rock out to. I was wondering about that too, especially because TBS is touring with Saves The Day and I don't think Blink will be on that tour cause they've already toured with STD.... hehe STD...

oh, I heard they were on tour together...didn't know that TBS was touring with anyone else, I don't follow anything much with them or STD. Anyway, don't call me an idiot, cause I'm not. My definition of emo isn't the same as yours so that makes me an idiot...of course...typical ignorance of the board. Whatever...just cause "Action" is on a football game, that automatically makes the song non-emo? The guys at Madden were looking for a song from a big band and got it from blink...and they don't want some slow little acoustic crap which is why they don't go for dashboard. And I'm not basing the whole CD on one song. They've totally changed their image since then, tom went and started boxcar racer and since that isn't doing much, he'll put his shitty influence into blink, and I read in an interview that the new album will have more tracks like "Stay together for the kids" not emo, but not your typical blink stuff.

Boxcar was working for Tom and Travis, but it was just taking a while. Travis also joined up with the Transplants and Mark was left all alone. Does this seem like some sort of separation with Blink? Maybe they just wanted to try out some new things. And spending time from Blink and thinking of where they came from and how far they've gone got to them. Action still doesn't seem emo. And you're right, we have different definitions of emo. I'm guessing you're not thinking of it as emotional hardcore and just sappy, cry me a river poppy punk emo. Whatever. You probably hate them for changing and being different. And you're probably a hell of a lot more of a Blink fan than I'll ever be. I guess it's just best to remember them the way you loved them most. They still are Blink and they'll change, it happens. Blah blah blah... oh well.
