scribble a portrait in the sand,
before it is washed to ambiguity;
what it was like to fly.
quickly now; the tides drag us in.
the sand no longer adorns my weight.
the bubbles swim to escape the dark;
the stars are on fire , the atmosphere is now lucid and lull.
i can now become the pilot as my body is the passenger.
into the heavens, my eyes roll to engage the scenery.
through the schools of meteors, the reefs of the solar system.
returned to my original perspective on the tail of a commet;
by the fingers of the current.
searching the sky for animation.
spotted by a lonely object; dull, bright, asocial.
the tides beg me to return; comatose, i happily oblige.
how dark it is down here; i am content.
