- davey havok or whatever the hell his name is is a woman disguised as a homosexual male whose skin hasn't seen sun in a year.

- they're all what is commonly referred to as 'posers'.

- their music sucks. and so does homoboy's voice.

One of the most talented bands out there right now. The new album was amazing, and really showed that AFI was far more than a "punk band", but a very talented, inventive group of musicians.

When Jade Puget rips into the half-Van Halen, half- Slayer solo on "Dancing Through Sunday" I was like.... "sniff.... the little babies have grown up".

Ditto. I love sing the sorrow more than anything else they've done....well except for Artofdrowning......and black sails. Damn, you can't choose just one!

sing the sorrow, the art of drowning and black sails in the sunset are 3 of my favorite cds they're good from begining to end, shut your mouth and open your eyes, very proud of ya, and anwser that and stay fashionable, although not my favorite i still enjoy listening to, they're my favorite band and i finally get to see them live because they are playing in edmonton in october

I think that AFI is one of the most brilliant bands ever put together. I don't think that they sold out at all on Sing the Sorrow, as some may say, because all they did was show their diversity as a group. They also matured more on every album, being around for 10 years is fucking awesome, no one cand sit there and cut them up because look at how well they did for themselves. All of their albums are really wicked and they should be commended for their amazing work.
P.s Davey Havok is fucking amazing!!!

I'm not that big of a fan of older AFI albums. But I absolutely love Sing The Sorrow. Every single track on the album is brilliant. Deffinately one of my favourite cds.


....And I have around 200 albums, so that's saying something ;)

Jade Puget is my favourite guitarist, Hunter is INSANE on bass, Adam is an amazing drummer, and Davey's voice is orgasmic. AFI is one of my top 5 bands.

i'm not gonna dog them like a lot of u are doing, i'll just say i don't like them. i don't really think they're a crap band or anything, i just can't get into the music or davey's voice. and yeah he looks very girl like, but girl's like that, so that's a pretty damn good thing
