if you're a beginner ... microsoft front page .. then graduate to dreamweaver .. also photoshop for graphics ..

i downloaded sitespinnerv2 and it was alright. got done what i needed to get done. my first website-building software though so i'm not sure if it's nice or a piece of shit. i've heard that dreamweaver is a good investment though. and, as steveo said, frontpage is good too.
