Basically Deftones and Tool are the bands that got me into good music. I saw Deftones in like 8th grade with Godsmack haha.

SNW didn't really impress me that much. It seemed as if it was almost a Team Sleep cd than a Deftones album. I really wish they included some more heavy songs. Oh well, Steph said he was going to use 7 string guitars next album, so that will incorporate a heavier sound hopefully next time around.

i dont see why their s/t is so high on everyones list, even the deftones admitted it was a weak release, and they said snw is more up to their standards. but my personal list goes as ATF, white pony, snw, adrenaline, s/t

Love this band, was a big fan when White Pony was first released, been back and binging on all albums, kind of catching up as I missed out on Saturday Night Wrist.

Adrenaline brings back so many memories, played that record to death when I was in my early teens.

these guys are so awesome. "My Own Summer" is easily one of my favorite songs of all time. the guitar hook in that is just fucking badass. Deftones are complex, and just really unique in their style. huge huge fan.
