I've seen worse overall, but all the controversy surrounding it makes it extremely creepy. Like all of the animal deaths were real, and they don't know if the pole girl was fake or not. Plus a lot of the deaths were just damn gross (but damn cool too).

Plus a lot of the deaths were just damn gross (but damn cool too).Pole girl WAS fake. The director actually had to prove in court that it was fake. Apparently the girl was sitting on a bike like seat on the bottom of the poke and had the other half of the pole in her mouth and remained completely still. The animal deaths piss me off though. I mean it's one thing to kill bugs or whatever, but a turtle?!

It was not nearly as effective as everyone made it out to be, although lately this film has been popping up into my mind a lot in weird ways even though I watched it over a year ago.
