invite yourself into a chat and under the chatroom name type as punk as gc or if you give me your screennames i'll invite you

You go to "People" on your AIM window, click "Send Chat Invitation"...type your own screenname as the person to invite, and type "as punk as gc" in the room title. Let the goodtimes commence.

Wouldn't it be easier to just use the already made AP chatroom? We don't have to invite people, just jump in.
