I pretty much ended a friendship with my best friend of 10 years, and I wrote a poem about it. She hurt my feelings and started to make a lot of bad choices in her life, so I wrote her off, and decided to do something constructive about it, instead of sitting pissed off about it. My poems don't really follow a certain syntax or form, so bear with me.

Examining this
Example of a friendship,
Exasperation evident,
Excavating my soul,
Exceeding the pain, making
Extreme wounds, your
Excess of snobbiness never ending,
Exchange quick hellos and greetings, nothing more,
Exclaim cruel words behind each other's backs,
Excluding each other more and more, I
Excogitate a plan to be friends again, you only
Excoriate my efforts, want nothing to do with me,
Excuses, excuses to avoid each other, I
Exhale a sad sigh, I realize you are now my
Ex-Best Friend, I now
Excommunicate you, and
Exonerate myself.
