Rocky Votolato This Friday!
FRIDAY, 6/29 - FIRST UNITARIAN CHURCH in PHILADELPHIA - ALL AGES!!
Wonka Vision is pleased to welcome back to Philadelphia the great Rocky Votolato, whose latest disc, The Brag and Cuss, hit stores just last week.
We here at WV have long been fans of Rocky, both solo and in Waxwing (see issue 32), and are counting the days till his show at the First Unitarian Church on Friday, 6/29.
Opening for him is everyone's favorite up-and-coming rabble-rouser Langhorne Slim, and kicking off the night is Philly's own addition to the rumbling Americana phenomenom, Hoots and Hellmouth.
It's sure to be a great night, and we'd to see as many people as possible out and enjoying the show. So.... we've got two tickets to give away to one lucky winner! To enter, send an e-mail to info@wonkavisionmagazine.com with the subject line "Rocky Votolato Tickets." We'll pick our winner on Thursday afternoon.
