I bought this book yesterday and finished it tonight. Wow, this book was hilarious. I don't think I've ever laughed through 200+ pages before. I highly recommend this book to anyone with loose morals. Great stuff.

I made Melissa read it when she was out here ... good stuff.
His new one "Assholes Finish First" should be good too ... due out this year sometime.

Great book; I read it earlier this summer. The sad thing is, I know a guy or two who is similar to Tucker. I'm usually a pretty moral guy and think most of the stuff is reprehensible, but it's still funny as shit. I guess it's easier to live my live vicariously through the book than in real life.

I wish I could be like Tucker. He's a new idol, obviously not his recklessness, but his clearly keen intelligence, his way with women, his ability to mantain memory past a .2 BAC and his writing.

I hope unlike IHTSBIH none of those stories are online.

Fiction?
no. It's basically a collection of random stories all surrounding the author, Tucker Max. Most, if not all, the stories have to do with getting trashed, getting laid, and being an asshole to women. He's a complete dick, but the book is great.

Sounds good. I need a new work book, i'll check it out. So long as it's in story form.

I'm pretty sure he makes up some of that stuff. It's too outrageous.
Yeah, some parts must be exaggerated. Hillarious stuff though.

i loved this book and i love tucker max. the dude is an awesome guy - had a beer with him on his book tour.
the thing that bothers me the most about him is that he sucks at actually writing. he just has fantastic content, which is the same thing as having maddox having a shitty website design but shit worth reading.

I loved the book but there is no way that he did all this shit. Agreed, but even modern literary icons like Dave Eggers and David Sedaris have copped to stretching the truth quite a bit.

His movie is getting pushed back and so is the new book. Won't be seeing either of them until some time in 09.

It is an amazing book. I really loved it. You should read The Average American Male. I heard it was pretty good.

Greatest piece of literature known to man? I think so.
