I respect how they were able to diversify their sound with great effect on BOATS but i just can't look past Say It Like You Mean It

Gotta say it's either Direction or BOATS. Those albums are phenominal. I do love SILYMI tho but i love the new album and BOATS sooo much more

I didn't vote. Mainly because my favorite album isn't up there. Self- Titled is my favorite. Just a young Kenny will do it.
i said based on a true story because some of the standout songs on that are perfect (Ready)
Say it like you mean it is still a classic though
I havn't listened to direction enough to really judge it

I liked the original With Hopes Of Starting Over We the People Sessions best, but the WHOSO ep I adored because of the speed and Greg's Last day at a time when it seemed like all my friends were moving away in the summer before school started.

yeah, such a good song. the first i heard by them. i always forget about it because its on that ep and i prefer the re-recorded versions of the songs on there

It's so close between SILYMI and BOATS, but I have to go with Say It because it's helped me through a lot of shitty times. Everything this band has released is golden, though.

Agreed 100%. It was faster, less polished. At least, it seems that way to me. I wish I could go back to those days of basement shows and vfw halls and when they actually played Greg's Last Day. Good times.
Once their full length came out, I became uninterested.

That's what I was thinking

yeah i have loved every release they have put out but i dont know if its the memorize i've had with say it like you mean it or what but its just my favorite record they have put out. its rare that i love every song on a record, especially a record with more than 10 tracks. i'm not even that huge on pop punk but that record is just amazing and i also think your favorite weapon is the best brand new album. sometimes pop punk is just better but stay what you are is totally better than through being cool but just by a hair

Ahaha...what?
anyway,I haven't heard Direction yet but from what I have heard it tops all the other ones so I voted for that.Based On A True Story has more meaning to me than SILYMI, but the songs off Direction have much more to me.

it's a shame that direction leaked already. it shouldn't be on this list. because it hasn't been released yet.
with that said, i picked based on a true story, because it is absolutely solid throughout.
can't really go wrong though, classic TSL is awesome. maybe my favorite band ever, so like i said, can't go wrong.

yeah, seriously, what a dumb fucking poll...not everyone illegally downloads, so it can not possibly be a properly weighted poll...i went with based on a true story, so far they have gotten better with every release. that being said, stupid poll, b/c direction isn't even an option for most people.
