I have been spinning Southern Weather ever since the summer began and I can safely say that I enjoy The Almost A LOT more than Underoath.

Appreciate this summer album.

Yeah i cant see how its a boring record. I dunno, each to his own i guess. It's straight up honest rock music in fairness, it's got more balls than a lot of the new releases in the past year or so.

Yeah, kinda fun for the first couple listens, then gets really boring and repetitive. Can't really tell the difference between most of the songs. Sure there are a couple stand out tracks, but for the most part it's filler.

Underoath is so so so much more creative.

I'd suggest those of you who thought it was boring/rubbish etc. to put in the effort to make an album yourselves and put it out there. I don't see the point of running down a dudes work, no matter who it is. Its all Aarons work on that album by the way [guitar, drums, bass, vocals...1 guy!].

I think Southern Weather is pretty solid, Jeremy Enigk sounds awesome on Dirty and Left Out and Aaron Gillespie has a great voice.
