I've been thinking about getting a tattoo for a while, but I've heard that they can be somewhat "addicting" I would just like some carification from someone with a tat to explain what the "addiction" is like.

i've heard from a bunch of people it is. but it probably depends on the type of person you are. For me piercings are addictive, i keep gettin em.

Yes, tattoos are addicitve, i got my first one a month ago, and i am gonna go get two more lol, i think after that i can stop...i hope..lol, the addiction is it only hurts for a day, and then other than being itchy for two days, thats it, piercings hurt more to me

Tattooing is so addictive. I got my first tattoo in mid july and as soon as I have enough money I'm getting a new one. Yhey're so expensive though!

I find piercing addictive. Most of my piercing impulses are curbed by ma momma though (i'm under 18) I'm not allowed to get anything pierced that can't be covered up for a job interview. the only reason my hair isnt as short as I want it to be is because it wouldn't cover up my holy ears.

i think it also depends on your first one. my first one tickled and i wanted more (that and i decided when i was five i was gonna be covered in tattoos like bikers i saw). i got one around my wrist which was incredibly painful, but right after he finished i wanted another one. i'm asking for money for my birthday so i can get more. stupid more college student life.
