Best bands you never heard of

awhile back there was a news post about a record label putting out a comp it was like "the best bands you never heard of comp" or something like that, they had an email address and it said all emails are responded to and taken seriosuly ... ive been searching for like an hour for that news post and cant find, does anyone kno the email, or any info .. thanks
