New Account Won't Work at All

Hey guys, I made a new account (I wanted a new name) and I can't post comments, start threads, upload an avatar, or send messages. I can edit my basic profile information but that's about it. I know it's an incredibly vague problem, but does anyone know what might be causing it/how I can fix it. Thanks!

as far as starting threads goes, you need to post a certain number of comments in the forums in order to obtain that permission. I dunno about anything else though, sorry I couldn't be of any more help.

IIRC, other staff can correct me if I'm wrong, artist profiles are being suspended temporarily until the new site launches.
