Im thinking of getting Cubase Studio 4 soon, has anyone used it yet? Ive been using cubase LE for about a year and I am pretty happy with it but I want to upgrade my software when I buy a firepod and new computer.

I use LE too, but I'd love to have the extra insert effects. Other than that, I don't have a reason to spend $500 so I couldn't justify it.
I guess if you're set for everything else... nice monitors, preamps, room treatment, whatever, then go for it. For me, there's things that would require my money far more before upgrading my sequencer.

I'm a big fan.
Cubase bridges the gap between ProTools and Cakewalk. Features of PT with accesability of Cakewalk.
It's got a few extra professional features over LE and the EQ's I found to be an improvement. VST plug ins intergrate well too.
It's worth it if you're pushing LE to it's limits with features and are looking for more power and features.
As for Firepod. You are a good man. I'm a PreSonus loyalist, can't wait to get a Faderport for mine!
