Love, Peace and Light
You're an angel in your own right,
So spread your wings and take flight.
Those who want to be free,
Will finally see;
All the pain and the sorrow,
will be gone tomorrow.
Replaced by hope and faith,
that one day they will be safe.

The angel they have seen,
Will always be.
A true distant friend,
who will always send,
her thoughts and her prayers,
to those in despair
and help them set their sights
on,

Love, peace and light.

hope you like it, comments welcome.

Firstly, it rhymes. Some people like it, some people don't, I happen to hate it. It's useless unless you're name begins with MC.

It's completely unoriginal. I can pick up any card in hallmark and see these exact lines used the exact same way. It also lacks completely in personal and sentimental value. The whole concept just seems so distant, and very plain as well. If you could somehow make it meaningful, and make it seem real-er and personal, It MIGHT be a good poem, but like I said, the idea is completely unoriginal and just about everyone with paper, pen, and will have written this.

Sorry if it comes across as harsh, but I'm only tryin to help.
