Members of formerly established band (So Ricki) searching for vocalist for a new emocore/indie band. We have experience with touring/booking out-of-town shows and have played nearly 20 shows over the past year. We are seeking a vocalist who meets the following requirements:
We're looking for someone ages 16-22 who lives in the Cleveland area and is able to practice 2-3 times a week on the east side (Collinwood). Songwriting skills and an energetic stage presence are required. We would also like a male vocalist, but we will not discriminate based on gender. Must be 100% dedicated. Also, druggies or drunks need not apply. Collective band influences include Anatomy of a Ghost, At the Drive-In, The Mars Volta, Taking Back Sunday, Brand New, Coheed & Cambria, and Thursday. Ability to scream and self-transportation a plus, but not necessary.
We are holding auditions on Saturday, Sept. 27th and Sunday, Sept. 28th. Contact us for information on where to go for auditions (see info below).
