well i live in a calgary alberta which is usually a crappy place when it comes to getting shows but this month and next month i could barley believe what we get and what we had

august- we had bouncing souls and hot water music

sept- Strung out and a static lullaby,

-billy talent and alexisonfire (i'm looking forward to that one)

-no use for a name and bigwig, that ones tonight but i dont think i'm gonna go

Oct- and heres the kicker....... AFI, poison the well and auto pilot off

this ones in october i'm so excited i can't even take it

that is one hell of a lineup of shows. most of those are coming near me and a couple have already, like I went to yellowcard last week and TBS and STD next week

lucky bastards. i live in hawaii and pretty much no one comes here. the only thing i'm looking forward to is tsunami bomb but that's all the way in december, and who knows, they might cancel it, as mainland bands have a tendency to do to us. blah!

atlanta has so many more good shows besides that...take action tour tonight (fsf,dep, ptw,18v...ok, thats enough abbreviation bands for one show), cursive, blood brothers, eastern youth,fin fang foom...all on one showon saturday...kid dakota next monday...avail and darkerst hour next tuesday...the sea and cake next wed...fucking converge next thursday (or fischerspooner...take your pick)...the toasters next friday...the exploited next saturday...radiohead!!!!next monday (or yellowcard/matchbook romance if you dont already have tickets for radiohead)...thursday after that your choice of interpol, ani difranco, raveonettes, or built to spill...friday...beulah,iron and wine, and john vanderslice...or evergreen terrace, the bled, give up the ghost, norma jean, figure four, and fairweather (what an amazing show thats gonna be)...saturday..either REM or Dropkick Murphys... calexico, q and not u, weatherkans, the black keys, josh rouse, bouncing souls, tsunami bomb, electric six and junior senior, anberlin, death cab for cutie and mates of state, brand new and hot rod circuit, slayer and hatebreed, the strokes, yeah yeah yeahs, alkaline trio, reggie and the full effect, fata, no motiv, phantom planet, somethng corporate and rx bandits and mae, ted leo and the pharmacists...all before the end of the year...that shit isnt fair
