Shady mist of black ember
oh how you do deceive me
The naked eye is incompatible
With your trembling excuses
now you lie on a bed of shame
So embrace yourself for this ending
Because my story's' getting longer and longer
whys this so hard to swallow
It's taken my mind this long to register
and I'm casting the thinnest shadow upon it
I've come this far and I'm awaiting the perfect moment
These walls need to set free the forgiven
I've watched waves crash over me
And i've seen the clouds stretch from soft to dark
We're not all welcome in anothers' misfortune
Some are left running on their own
My memories are keepsake to my nightmares
