Hello,
My name is mitch I play bass in the band The Vidrines. I simply ask
that you check us out and let us know what you think. Our Myspace page
is www.myspace.com/thevidrines (http://www.myspace.com/thevidrines) from there you can check out live videos,
listen to our music, and also sample our full length CD. Thank you for
your time. Here is a brief bit about us.
The Vidrines are working hard as hell to bring a different aroma to
the North Louisiana music scene and beyond. They are already forgiven of
all sins, and wish to offer that same forgiveness to others. The
Vidrines like many other bands write lots of songs about girls but not the
kind that carpenters want to hear.
They sing about: - floods that spoil murder plans
- what some girl said
- seeing your boyfriend get killed by a flashlight
- what men really think about
- multiplication, addition, subtraction
- being murdered and dumped into the harbor
- what women really think about
- why it's best not to kill the woman
- female guitar players
- arrogance
- the fluid nature of a sunset
- impatience and its circular path
- what monkeys do after the organ career is up
We're tired of failing to describe The Sound of the band.
We find it likeable.
