Yes, Nada Surf did.

They released High/Low in like 95 and just released their second album this year. It's a pretty cool album.

did Nada Surf sing that song that went "sorry we broke up, sorry I missed you, sorry I wanted only to kiss you?" that song kicked ass. . . if it was them, man, years and years ago.
