Yea Ive seen Bright Eyes down at sokol, only once though, and it was a pretty good show, but conor was sick and only did half the set. The Faint was a much MUCH better show. Damn I love those guys. And nope, I dont know that guy at UNO, but I bet I do know someone who does.

Im jon, im 18, i live in allen park michigan and its freezing right now.

good music makes me feel all warm and toasty inside.

Quick fact: in about 8th grade when i watched my first bike video (i ride a bike ..cause, yeah its fun) there was alot of this..."different" sounding music in it. at first i was thinking uh this isnt ted nugent or ozzy osbourne or metallica blah blah this stuffs retarted. but then it grew on me and i realized soon after the difference between generic corny major label radio bands and the real good heart felt stuff. yeah ive been obsessed with music for quite some time and ive been visiting this site alot so i figured ide join the forum.

Speaking of bands some of my faves are: The Clash, Mest, Blink-182, New Found Glory, Minor Threat, Social Distortion, MxPx, Good Charlotte, Simple Plan, NOFX, Sublime and lots of other stuff, if someone says a band is good, I'll check 'em out usually, after all, you can NEVER have too much music, right?

ya this maybe true. but normally what you are listening to right now are like marijuana. if you smoke marijuana you will go to stronger better drugs. same with your bands. you start with them but you will move to better music bands... those bands are gateway bands.
