established band seeking drummer(philly)

Marcus Light(www.myspace.com/marcuslight) is seeking a new permanant drummer. we have new material which is not posted on the myspace and is much better, so if the style interests you contact me. we are a pop/rock band from the west chester area outside of philly. we practice 2-5 times a week and play out just about every weekend. we will be doing small regional tour runs all fall, a week tour in december and march that are in the works right now and plan on doing this full time next summer, we need someone who can commit the time. we have very big things coming in the near future and decided it was better to make the change now. our current drummer will play with us as long as we need him to, so if you are unable to do this at this exact time, but feel you will be able to withing the next half year or so contact me

Here's the big things we need from any potential drummers:

-between 17(must be senior year)- 22, we range from 17-19
-must be able to practice at least twice a week, be availible for all shows and tours
-professional apperacnce and gear
-be able to play to a click track live due to guitar loops, etc.
-have a very firm grasp on their instrument and pop sensibility
-easy to get along with
-hard worker, the three remaining members of this band work hard to make this work, and expect that of our fourth member.
