So, what's the story with the new Co&Ca cd??

So, in one of Mr. Tate's posts the other day, he mentioned the "continuing story of the lovers Coheed and Cambria" or something like that. So, is this new cd like a concept album, like one musical novel or something?? What about the first cd, are Coheed and Cambria two fictional people or something?? Shoot, I just thought the music was really cool, I had no idea it was telling a story or anything.

I know that Coheed and Cambria are the main characters in the story and 3 albums make up the entire "saga"..its crazy conceptual and stuff.. you could probably get a whole lot more detailed info on the Coheed and Cambria boards...

No, Co&Ca died at the end of The Second Stage Turbine Blade, so this new album doesn't involve them.

acutally its 4 albums. the first album (second stage turbine blade) is really the second story. the second album is really the third one, etc... the first story will be the fourth album (think star wars). check out the new alternative press.

Wow, this is really cool. They gotta release that book, this is a really good idea. And the actual book idea sounds really great too.

it's not going to be a book at first. it's going to be a series of comic books at first, which will be sold at shows and online. after all the comic books are gone, i think they said they are going to make it into one collective book. regardless, it's going to kick ass.
