I think I like this guy that my best friend kinda messed with. For one, I don't want to like him b/c he lead her on kinda. Number two... I kinda don't want to be on the same list as her... though I am once... I don't want to be twice. Three... he's like my brother kinda. I love this guy to death. And I guess it's just that... you're friends... I wonder what more than friends would be like thing. I dunno. But my main concern is... I don't want my friend to be pissed at me. But it shouldn't matter b/c she has a b/f and had a b/f when they messed around... I dunno.

if this is your best friend than first things first is to talk to her about it and see if she thinks that it would be a good idea..and dont worry too much about the list thing b/c that is lame anyway the only way that it would suck is if your friend throws it in your face later for revenge...although revenge is great! Then again maybe you should think this out long an hard b/c if he is like a bro to you then you dont want to ruin anything by trying to start a relationship but if he feels that you could go further than your friendship than go for it but becareful
