it's essentially a "state" movie. not in the sense that it stars all of the state, although every member but one makes an appearance, but in the sense that's it's basically a movie version of a sketch comedy show.

it's out there. it's whacky. it's fucking hilarious. it's a slapstick movie disguised by a serious tone.

it's pretty hard to explain, but definitely fantastic.

It was what I thought it would be: an overall decent movie, with some hilarious part, some middle parts, and some bad parts. With that many short stories, I was surprised it was better than I expected. Really funny.
