Dilemma

Greetings AP.net Readers!
We are a band called The Prisoners Dilemma (http://www.myspace.com/theprisonersdilemma).
Our myspace page is http://www.myspace.com/ThePrisonersDilemma
You can listen to our music on myspace. We generally get around 2,000 plays a day. People seem to like us when they come across us, so please check it out. If you don't want to commit to that quite yet, here is some more information about us. We've been around since 2002. We've been compared, though not by ourselves, to bands like Muse, The Receiving End of Sirens, Dredg, Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, Yellowcard, I Am Ghost, and Madina Lake, to name a few. We draw our influences from bands like Earth, Wind, and Fire, Muse, Cursive, Queen, and The Beatles.
We've played with some cool and not-so-cool bands like Fall Out Boy, Saosin, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Unwritten Law, Evaline, Zebrahead, Aiden, and Mickey Avalon.
Recently, we played a sold-out show at The Roxy in Hollywood, CA. The show was the final round of an online contest, where we got 200,000+ votes, to open up a show for the Projekt Revolution tour. The show was being filmed for an MTV2 reality show. We played in front of several guest judges, like Linkin Park, Rob from Rob and Big, Ryu from Styles of Beyond, and an A&R Executive from Atlantic Records. We would have won, but the producer of the show said it "wouldn't have made for good tv." Well, lesson learned there in reality TV :-p. Although we did not win, they all had nothing but nice things to say about us.

So go check us out on myspace (http://www.myspace.com/theprisonersdilemma). We're working on some new songs for a full-length, we have at least 20 songs done now, but we can't seem to stop writing more. I suppose that's a good thing. Expect new music by year's end. Take care and thank you for viewing our post.
