as in.. really gonna get a tattoo. i'm thinking either an infinity symbol, or an oroborous, which is a snake eating it's own tail. i just cant figure out any good variations on it or find really neat designs...
soooo. i want stories, people.. horror stories, love stories, whatever...

Hmmmm.. Tattoos are not NEARLY as painful as some make them out to be... For your first, I'd go with something a little smaller, preferably in a spot with more fat, less muscle.. Thats is you're worried about the pain factor...If not, tatty where u wish.. The oroborous idea sounds cool... Where did u plan to get it? ( What region of your body?) I'd suggest getting a tat thats meaningful and significant to you...Its pointless to ink your skin with some bullshit like bugs bunny or some fucked up shit like that... I've seen way too many people regret it after a few years when they realize how asinine it was... and PLEASE, for the sake of god, DONT get a name tat...either yours or a boyfriend/girlfriend... There is NO reason you need your OWN name on your body...WHY?? WHY?? Why do people do that?? And the boyfriend/girlfriend name...Well, we all know what can happen... If you are going to get a name tat... Get a son/daughter...or a lost loved one... Thats my two cents... Good Luck..

Tattoos aren't nearly as painful as everyone makes them out to be. If you can handle pain it's not bad at all. I have a pretty high tollerance for pain and I barely noticed it the entire time... and mine was right on the muscle/bone on my ankle.
Like Andrea said...get something that has some meaning to you and not some stupid shit just because you think it looks cool or anything like that.... and I agree with everything she said about the names. NEVER get a name tattoo.
Oh, and once you get one, you're going to want to keep getting more. :D I can't wait to get my next one.

I went with my friend while he was getting his tattoo, he got a tribal design, which personally I consider totally dumb. A tribal tattoo has no meaning and aside from looking cool (which is a matter of opinion in itself), people regret them. Anyway, as my friend and I were driving back from the tattoo parlor, he looks at me and says "dude, I think Im really starting to like my tattoo". I was speechless. If you dont LOVE it, dont get it. In a few years, hes gonna regret getting that dumb looking tattoo, so make sure your not in the same boat as he is.

STOOOPID. But this kid isnt that smart to begin with, so I feel kinda bad for him. Hes not like, handicapped or anything, he just thinks that hes as cool as the bees knees, which causes him to do alot of stupid things. Haha, I said Bee's Knees.

i was thinking upper back. something that i could hide easily... i like the infinity symbol or the oroborous just because it symbolizes rebirth or an ongoing cycle.. kind of like how i am with myself, i'm always learning new things, i'm always changing..
