Speaking of tall people at shows...

I just got home from Redbull's FLUGTAG in NYC. And there was 45,000 people there they said. I got stuck behind these like seven feet giants, and I'm only 5'4". It sucked. But I slowly moved to the front, and as soon as I did my friends wanted to go buy food so we lost our spots. BASTARDS.

yes tall people are not fun to be behind considering im not all that tall. but i am only 14. but i usually find away around them.

I hate tall people at shows! I'm only 5'2 and I have to be in the front or I can't see. People always want to put me on their shoulders too, I don't know why.

but 5' 2" isnt that small. just be thankful your not my grandma shes like 4' 9" or something like that

i hate the short people at shows that do nothing that complain about how they can tsee anything. i get so annoyed at all the whining.... half the people in the pits cant see and you dont hear them complaining and bitching.

yeah im 5'11" and it defenitaly has its advantages! :) but people do get annoyed when i stand in front of them.. so i usually let them get in front! what can i say? im a nice person..

im 5'10 i sometimes let people in front of me if theyve been waiting to get up close as long as i have. i get to shows an hour early, wait to get in, and then go right up to the barricade and wait like 2 hours until the band i want to see comes on.

i'm 5'3"...and i've only been to one concert. and that would be a sugarcult concert here in japan. and i felt tall cuz half the people at the concert were shorter than me. silly japanese people....

I get that feeling sometimes... At the state fair, I payed a dollar to see a midget. It was a little disturbing...

I'm 5'9 and it hurts me when little people jam their elbows in my stomach. I try to be nice, but being tall does have its advantages when people dont want to be nice back.

haha yeah definitely...I'm 5' 1" and I can never see anything, but I don't complain! I mean of course it sucks to be standing behind a tall person, but oh well. I hate going to shows and hearing annoying girls whining to their boyfriends about how they can't see, because not many people can see. there are other ways to get into the music without experiencing it "visually"

No kidding.... I was just at the Dashboard show on Saturday night in Detroit, and I'm not very tall myself, but there were these girls behind me that were shorter than I am. For the first half of the concert, all they did was bitch and moan about how they couldn't see Brand New, and if they didn't get to see Jesse, they would die, and blah, blah, blah! I just wanted to turn around, and be like, "Bitches, I can hear you, and let me just tell you that I can't see shit either, so get over it. If you want to see so damn bad, then get to the back." I think you can see better in the back, though it's awesome to be in the front, in all the action. Anyway, enough of my rambling. My point is that if you want to see so badly, then do something about it (In a positive way, of course) instead of bitching and ruining everyone else's night.

what gets on my nerves are those guys who are taller than everyone, and they decide they can't like keep their arms close to themselves and have to put them around the person in front of them... at the dashboard concert in orlando, i had this guy behind me the entire night with his arm around me, holding the rail in front of me, and his hand hanging onto my shoulder. we looked like we could have been dating. and when he'd get pulled, i'd get pulled, otherwise i'd have his crotch in my back the entire time. it was really annoying.

yeah, i'm short, and it sucks when someone in front of you is tall, but if they got there before you did, then don't complain. get there earlier next time.
