I was wondering who were the 30% of people of Bush's approval rating. He will definitely go down as the most infamous president ever and how basically the office of the presidency is almost a dictatorship. Bush showed American politicians that the president can get away with anything, with no repercussions. So if you mean by greatest president ever being most powerful and tyrannical ever, than you got it completely right.
