November 13th in Portland contains two concerts:

Roseland: New Found Glory, Senses Fail, Set Your Goals, Bedlight for Blueeyes, A Cursive Memory, and Dr. Manhatten

Hawthorne Theater: Circa Survive, Fear Before the March of Flames, Ours, and The Dear Hunter

WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I knew these two concerts were both in november and I wanted to go to both so damn badly. But no with my shitty luck there's a 1/31 chance of them being on the same day, and they fucking are. Ugh.

Which one should I go to and why?

Circa, although you might want to get there late bc their openers suck.

All of these people are wrong. You should be seeing Circa Survive and The Dear Hunter. Make the right choice.

Are you serious?

The Dear Hunter are far and away some of the most talented musicians out there right now.

It is a tough choice though, I would go with whichever one you haven't seen yet. If you haven't seen either, then go with the one with the most bands that you like.

obvious choice...new found glory, they're one of the best live bands around...circa survive, not so much. i guess it depends on if you want to have fun at the show or not. ;)

You have the wrong support for the NFG show.

It is NFG, Senses Fail, TREOS, and A Cursive Memory. I would still choose that show though...the other show is good, but the NFG show is more my musical taste...so yeah guess it depends on who you have seen more and who you are in the mood for.
