Kristen Bell cracks me up. The narrator is histerical. The show plays awesome music (Peter Bjorn and John, and Cold War Kids), and, there is drama up the wazoo. I"m hooked. And it doesn't hurt that geeky kid is incredibly hot.

Honestly haven't even seen the trailer - I've just read about it and know it's premier is the day that I finally get cable at University.

I'm a big Schwartz mark, too. That being said, I might sacrifice any shred of masculinity I have left and take a peek at Gossip Girl (although I already lost quite a bit of it in loving The OC).

Gossip Girl Gets Super Season

So...yay! Inside sources confirm to me that Gossip Girl will indeed be having an extralong season next year (to make up for the episodes we missed this year due to the strike).

Though nothing will be made official until next week when the CW announces its schedule in New York City, I'm told the show has been confirmed for a 24-episode season two.

I just hung out with Leighton Meester on the set of Entourage (she's there shooting a guest stint for the HBO comedy's upcoming season), and she told me they're planning to shoot Gossip Girl in the Hamptons at the beginning of season two. "'Cause you gotta go to the Hamptons, right?" she said with a giggle. "And, by the way, we aren't shooting in Staten Island like they did on Sex and the City. We're shooting in the real Hamptons." Touché, Carrie & Co.!

(Also according to Leighton, the cast calls Michelle Trachtenberg's character "Geor-gina" in the way that rhymes with a female body part, since she's such a See You Next Tuesday. Hee!)

I think someone just OD'd and her and Georgi failed to call an ambulance so she blames herself. She definitely did not actually kill someone. The tape probably started out as a threesome or something. Oh and when you hear Serena on the tape replying to Georgi's question about, "How are the new Mr. and Mrs. Shepard" she says, "I did something really stupid." That was probably her sleeping with Nate because it happened at a wedding.

According to the current scheduling in place for next season, Gossip Girl is at the same time as HIMYM and TBBT. I guess you have to record something. I'll probably record HIMYM (don't watch TBBT) just because it's shorter.
